Eligibility
TOPY welcomes entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds with the eligibility criteria
  • Applications are reserved for individuals aged between 18-40 years only.
  • The award is open to both JCI members and non-members.
  • The nominee business should already be active for at least three (3) months.
  • The nominee must be the director or key person of top management of an existing private or public company registered with Registrar of Companies of Malaysia.
TOP welcomes organisations and business leaders whose contributions create meaningful impact in Penang
  • Open to active companies or organisations operating in Penang.
  • Business activities must demonstrate measurable impact in one or more of the following areas:
    economic growth, innovation, sustainability, or community development.
  • The nominee may be a company, organisation, or key individual representing the organisation.
  • The organisation must be legally registered in Malaysia and actively operating at the time of nomination.
  • Impact should be verifiable through business performance, initiatives, or community contributions.
Nomination Process
STEP 1

Register an account as a nominee and complete your personal details.

STEP 2

Complete the online application and prepare your entrepreneurial data including market analysis, strategic and finances and any other relevant supporting documents for our judge to know you and your business.

STEP 3

Review by our invited judge and you will be invited for interview if selected.
